• 1:00pm – 5:00pm - Exhibitor Registration
• 4:30pm – 6:00 pm - Welcome Reception at Palm Springs Convention Center 

Monday, January 25, 2027

• 11:00am – 5:00pm - Exhibitor Reg & Set Up
• 6:00pm – 10:00pm - Member/Supplier Networking Event (all suppliers invited)

Tuesday, January 26, 2027

• 7:00am – 9:30am - Final Exhibitor Registration & Move In
• 8:00am – 9:30am - Joint CAPPO Partner/Member Breakfast/Roundtable Discussion (open to CAPPO Partners only)
• 10:00 am – 2:00pm - Expo Show (with lunch and dessert provided in the Expo Hall)
• 2:00pm – 6:00pm Exhibitor Move-Out
