On behalf of the California Association of Public Procurement Officials (CAPPO), I am thrilled to invite you to exhibit at our 110th Annual Conference & Exposition— Achieving Excellence@ CAPPO2027! CAPPO2027 will take place at the stunning Palm Springs Convention Center & Renaissance Hotel. The Convention Center’s fully carpeted, pillar‑free Oasis Exhibit Hall offers an expansive 92,545 sq. ft. of space—expandable to 112,561 sq. ft. when connected to the adjacent ballroom. With convenient access from nine loading dock bays, exhibitors will enjoy a seamless setup experience as we come together to celebrate a remarkable 110 years of leadership in public procurement.
Each year, public procurement professionals representing state, county, municipal, special district, utility, transportation, K‑12, and higher education agencies gather at CAPPO to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and explore innovative solutions shaping the future of California’s public sector. From emerging technologies to new legislation, from best practices to supplier showcases, CAPPO2027 will be a place where we elevate our knowledge, innovate our practices, and celebrate our shared mission.
We’ve designed multiple opportunities for you to connect meaningfully with procurement decision‑makers. Networking begins Sunday morning with fun and engaging activities, followed by an opening reception Sunday evening where all attendees—including you—are invited. Monday evening brings a lively mixer for unwinding and making new connections. Then on Tuesday, the highly anticipated Supplier Expo, complete with lunch in the Expo Hall, offers prime time for relationship‑building and meaningful conversations.
